  Parties are booked in 2-hour time slots and start with 1 hour in the arena, followed by 1 hour in the party room.  If guest still have points remaining on their wristbands, they can return to the arena floor.

 *IF GUESTS STILL HAVE UNUSED POINTS AFTER SCHEDULED PARTY ROOM TIME, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO RETURN TO FINISH THEIR POINTS


ALL PARTIES MUST INCLUDE A MINIMUM 10 GUESTS.  INDIVIDUAL ROOMS HAVE A MAX CAPACITY OF 25 GUESTS

PARTY QUESTIONS?

  • How old do I have to be to have my party at ARENA23?

    All participating guests must be 7 years of age or older.

  • Are Parents Included In The Party Package?

    Parents (or any adults) do NOT count as official guests if they only want to observe. Anyone 7+ years old can come and be an observer for free.  They still need a waiver and we'll give them a QR code at the party desk to enter the arena.  If a parent wants to participate in the attractions, they will be counted as a guest in your party package.

  • What Happens During Check-in?

    When you enter our facility, go towards the back of  the lobby (near the baseball cages) and you will find the “party check-in” area.  There, you will be greeted by your party host! Waivers will be verified at that desk; Then, all participating guests will receive wristbands. When your arena time starts, the guests will be allowed to enter and play the simulators.  Your party host will announce (to the entire building!) when your group must exit the arena floor for your dedicated party time.  

  • How do I Check Out?

    Roughly 15 minutes before your party time is up, your host will bring the invoice to the adult in charge to pay the remaining balance of the party.  When the party room time is up, your host will kindly ask you to exit the space and will help you carry out any items. 

  • When Do I Have Access To The Party Room?

    The party room is available  for the full TWO HOURS of the party reservation.  For example, if you purchased a SILVER party package that starts with a  4pm "arena time," the room is available from 4pm to 6pm.  The room will NOT be availabe before that.   

  • What food/drink is included with parties?

    We do not provide HOT food, so you are allowed to bring your own.  We can provide drinks (soda and water) and ice cream dessert, depending on the package you purchase.

  • Do You Provide Plates and Cups?

     We provide paper plates, napkins and plastic utensils for all guests!  If you would like custom goods, you can bring them yourself.

  • Can I add guests after I already booked the party?

    Absolutely!  If you would like to add on additional guests or make changes to the type of party package you booked, it’s best to communicate with us as soon as possible but we can always add them the day off and pay the balance at the end of the party

  • Is the birthday child included in the count?

    Yes, the birthday child is included in the count for the party. All parties must have at least 10 total guests.

  • When should everyone arrive for the party?

    All your guests should arrive  at least 20 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in process and verify waivers before entering the arena.

  • What does the party host do?

    Party Hosts will do everything to make your party room time easier. This includes room set-up, clean-up, serving food and drinks, leading the birthday song or judging a dance contest!

  • Who needs waivers and how do we sign?

    All guests who want to enter the arena floor need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking on the "Waivers" tab on this site or in store, if necessary.     

  • Can I add more points to the wristbands than what you offer?

    Yes.  Any guest can "reload" their wristband with points, as long as we are not sold out.  Party guests can reload their day passes with 10, 23, 35, 59 points respectively for an additional cost. 

  • Can I upgrade my party package?

    Yes!  We encourage it.  Let us know as soon as possible when you want to upgrade, but we could also accomodate on the day of the party.

  • Is there a birthday party discount for Members?

    Yes! Members get a 10% discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

  • Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

    We require full payment to book a party. 


  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Party deposits are refundable within the first 72 hours (3 DAYS) of booking. After this 72-hour period, the deposit is non-refundable. Parties may be rescheduled at any time, though. We understand that life happens.
