HOW IT WORKS

5 TIPS

1.  Guests must be 7 years old or older to enter arena floor. 


2.  Guests purchase POINTS which are stored on wristbands.  Points can be spent on any games.


3.  Games range from 1 to 6 points per play.

 

4.  Guests cannot share one wristband.  Each wristband is attached to ONE account/user. 


5. We require all participating guests to  wear close-toed shoes. 


HOW TO PURCHASE ONLINE TICKETS

STEP1

SIGN OUR WAIVER

ALL GUESTS who want to enter the arena floor must have a valid and legal waiver


STEP 2

SELECT DAY, TIME AND PASS TYPE

Select the DAY and TIME of your session from the drop-down menu. Time slots are listed in 1 hour increments, but don't worry...your pass/points will NOT EXPIRE after your assigned hour is up. Unused points will expire at the end of the day they are used.

ALL passes require a simple account: name, email, password.

STEP 3

CREATE ACCOUNT (OR LOGIN)

STEP 4

SCAN QR CODE AT FRONT DESK

CLICK on "ACCESS MY PRODUCTS" on your confirmation email to pull up QR Code.  We'll scan your code and get you a wristband

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is there an age requirement?

    Yes...all participating guests must be 7 years of age or older.  Guests who are 6 years old and younger are not allowed on the arena floor, but can observe from the lobby area.

  • Are guests REQUIRED to buy tickets online?

    No. Online tickets are not required, but it is the only way to guarantee your spot on the arena, as occasionally we will sell out.  Plus, it will save you time at check-in. We have a separate line at the front desk for online tickets and for Members. 

  • Can we SHARE one pass among a group?

    No...all guests need their own wristband to enter and participate in the games.  Our group game tablets won't allow duplicate scans of wristbands.

  • How much does each simulator cost?

    Each simulator costs a different amount of points ranging from 1 to 6 points.  The average cost of a game is 4 points  The average LENGTH of each game is roughly 2.5 minutes.  The longest games are the Ski, Basketball, and Foosball at 4 minutes.  The shortest game is the FG Kick at 1 minute.

  • If I am NOT participating, do I still need a waiver?

    Any one who wants to enter the "arena floor" needs a waiver.  If you just want to observe from the lobby or a party room, no waiver is required.

  • Do I need to sign a new waiver every time I visit?

    No...we save waivers in our system and will ask you to verify your information on each visit.  We do reserve the right to ask you to fill out a new waiver, if necessary.

  • Do "Red Pass" members need to check in at front desk?

    No.  One of the best perks about becoming a member is you can SKIP THE LINE altogether, as long as you bring your member-only silicone wristband with you.  If any member forgets their wristband, that member will have to check in at the front desk and purchase a new silicone wristband ($2)
