STEP 1

EMAIL or CALL OUR EVENT COORDINATOR TO PICK A DATE


Select ANY DAYas well as the 3-hour window of time (Tuesday, from 6-9pm, for example) for your fundraiser.  Fundraisers are not available on national holidays.  (Please note:  Organizing groups may NOT bring in (or sell) outside food unless  a party room is rented)

STEP 2

CREATE AN ADVERTISEMENT FLYER


We will send you our logo (“png” file) and QR code for the waiver link. Then, YOU design a custom advertisement flyer to send to your group.   Final design of the advertisement must be approved by our General Manager.  All guests MUST show this flyer (by bringing the paper flyer or showing the digital version on their device) at the front desk

STEP 3

RECEIVE 25% CASH BACK


Within 3 business days of your event’s completion, we will cut you a check for 25% of the revenue from those who attended your event by presenting the advertisement flyer.  To finalize the payment, we must have a completed W-9 form from your organization. (W-9 is a commonly used IRS form that we need for tax purposes)
