  • Are Parents Included In The Party Package?

    Parents (or grandparents) do not count as official guests if they only want to observe their child. Any parent can come and be an observer for free,  If a parent wants to participate in the attractions, they will be counted as a guest in your party package.

  • What Happens During Check-in?

    When you enter our facility, go towards the back right of  the lobby (near the cafe) and you will find the “party check-in” area.  There, you will be greeted by your party host! Waivers will be verified at that desk; Then, all participating guests will receive wristbands.   

  • How do I Check Out?

    Roughly 15 minutes before your party time is up, your host will bring the invoice to the adult in charge to pay the remaining balance of the party.  When the party room time is up, your host will kindly ask you to exit the space and will help you carry out any items. 

  • When Do I Have Access To The Party Room?

    The party room is available to the party for the full time of the reservation, starting at the time of your scheduled party.  For example, if you purchased a GOLD package that starts at 4pm, the room is available from 4-6pm. You will NOT have access to the party room before the start time.

  • What food/drink is included with parties?

    We do not provide HOT food, so you are allowed to bring your own.  We can provide drinks and dessert, depending on the package you purchase.

  • Do You Provide Paper Goods?

    Yes. We provide plates, napkins and utensils for all guests! 

  • Can I add guests after I already booked the party?

    Absolutely!  If you would like to add on additional guests or make changes to the type of party package you booked, it’s best to communicate with us as soon as possible. 

  • Is the birthday child included in the count?

    Yes, the birthday child is included in the count for the party. All parties must have at least 10 total guests.

  • How old do I have to be to have my birthday at ARENA23?

    All participating guests must be 7 years of age or older.

  • When should everyone arrive for the party?

    All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in process and verify waivers before entering the arena.

  • What does the party host do?

    Party Hosts will do everything to make your party room time a seamless experience, including set-up, clean-up, serving food and drinks, leading the birthday song and making the party room time fun and interactive!

  • Who needs waivers and how do we sign?

    All guests who want to enter the arena floor need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking (here) or in store, if necessary.  

  • Can I add more points to the wristbands when they run out?

    Yes, if we have space on the arena floor and are not sold out.  We cannot guarantee that, though.  If we are not sold out, party guests can return to the lobby and purchase more points at the front desk. 

  • Can I upgrade my party package?

    Yes!  We encourage parties to do this, but we ask that you give our Events Team a call.  

  • Is there a birthday party discount for Members?

    Yes! Members get a discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

  • Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

    We require FULL PAYMENT to book a party

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Party deposits are refundable within the first 72 hours of booking. After this 72-hour period, the deposit is non-refundable. Parties may be rescheduled at any time, though. We understand that life happens, sometimes.  We just want to see you at ARENA23 for your next big event!
